CoolStateLA is always glad to receive news and information related to the campus, campus events, programs, performances, scholarly activities and community activities either geographically or related to CA state higher education matters, by affinity with any campus, alumni, family, and colleagues, for example.
To submit a press release for our consideration, simply direct it to the address below. Of course you may also mail materials to us or drop them off in person as well. Email and Fax of information is also welcome. If you drop materials off after hours through the Drop Box on our front door, it is probably wise to contact us and let us know that you have done so.

- A fundamental policy of CoolStateLA is that we are committed to finding a way to get submitted material online. There are some simple limitations, however. First, getting your material online takes time and people. If staff are engaged in pressing matters that preclude their helping get work online, they may not be able to help them immediately. Second, all content has to pass the judgment of our editorial board, which consists of students, faculty and professional members who oversee the editorial content of CoolStateLA.com.
- While every attempt will be made to get materials online, how it is placed, where it is placed, and how viewers navigate to that location must remain the sole discretion of the management of CoolStateLA.com. This is to say that for normal editorial content, it is highly likely that CoolStateLA will include work in an existing category already designed on the site. We will NOT be designing special pages, uploading facilities, or treating any material accepted for posting any differently from material that is produced, composed, written, or designed by our in-house staff.
